Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责联想百应智能体及联想百应 Claw 的企业客户解决方案设计（涉及客户端软件与硬件能力结合），基于产品基础能力和创新思路，构建具备可落地性的方案。

2. 深入对接潜在客户及现有客户的业务场景，开展需求沟通与分析，准确理解客户痛点，提供针对性的解决思路。在此过程中判断需求商业价值，将可复用的方案沉淀为平台能力，推动实现产品化的解决方案，实现行业的快速复制。

3. 负责产品需求细化与落地执行，包括产品功能设计、项目交付的全过程；与客户、销售、商务、研发等多角色紧密协作，确保项目高效有序推进。

4. 持续关注 AI ToB 行业动态及竞品动向，保持所负责产品解决方案的市场竞争力。

岗位要求：

1. 至少 5 年以上企业级软件产品经验，独立负责过完整软件产品的设计与落地，具备客户端类或企业边缘端软件产品建设经历，有软硬件一体产品建设经验者优先。

2. 具备 AI Agent 或平台类产品的设计落地经验，熟悉开源/商业的主流 Agent 平台产品形态和功能（如 OpenClaw、Hermes、Workbuddy、Qoder等）。

3. 熟练使用 Axure、Sketch、MindMaster 等产品设计工具，具备较强的逻辑思维和业务梳理能力。

4. 具备对外商务沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够快速理解客户的行业背景和业务语言，将其对齐到产品能力，并快速判断出可行的解决方案。
