Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an AI & Business Insights Analyst and help transform data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will support analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and automation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled solutions to generate insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and META, helping identify trends, optimize processes, and drive data-informed strategies.

Reporting directly to the Director Europe & META Service Delivery Manager, you will gain exposure to international projects, emerging technologies, and business-critical initiatives within one of Lenovo's fastest-growing organizations. What You Will Do: 

  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
  • Support regular reporting activities and KPI tracking.
  • Validate data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and improve analytics processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Will Need: 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to work confidently with data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and data analytics, and how technology can improve business processes.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality in reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity, reporting, or analytics tools is a plus and will help you succeed in this role.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, digital transformation, reporting automation, and data visualization best practices, with a desire to continuously learn and innovate.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 13,800–20,240 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
