Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1. 独立负责 AI 产品或核心模块的技术方案设计与开发，推动需求分析、方案验证、工程实现、上线及持续迭代。
2. 负责办公场景大模型应用的开发落地工作，包括但不限于 Prompt 工程、LangChain 应用开发等。
3. 负责 Agent 的工程化治理，包括工具设计、权限边界、敏感信息处理、错误恢复、重试策略、上下文压缩、执行结果校验、可观测性和效果评估等。
4. 负责 AI Native 研发模式探索，基于 Vibe Coding、Skill 等能力建设，推动端到端 AI 开发流程，实现软硬一体的公司战略。
5. 深入理解用户需求和业务流程，运用工程能力最佳实践，完成价值判断、原型验证并推动产品化。
6. 与产品、算法、设计及业务团队紧密协作，拆解复杂问题、推动跨团队合作，并对交付质量和业务效果负责。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先，具备 5 年以上软件开发经验，优秀者可放宽年限要求。
2. 具备大模型应用开发经验，熟悉 Prompt 工程、LangChain、RAG、Agent Harness 等技术栈；具备完整 Agent 研发全流程能力，包括对话式编程、多文件编辑、代码改写、工具调用、任务执行、上下文管理、Memory等。
3. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的系统设计、面向对象设计、API 开发、数据处理和系统集成能力；熟悉 Java、Go、C# 或 C++ 者优先。
4. 主导或深度参与过生产级 AI 应用落地，能够独立负责核心模块，并提供可验证的用户规模、业务效果或效率提升结果。
5. 能够设计 Agent 执行标准流程（SOP），包括任务意图识别、数据源选择、知识库集成等，确保 Agent 安全、稳定、可审计地完成工程任务。
6. 了解深度学习、自然语言处理、机器学习等相关领域。
7. 具备扎实的软件工程能力，重视代码质量、架构可维护性、测试、监控和持续交付。
8. 具备良好的产品思维和用户意识，能够从业务价值出发定义问题、验证假设，并结合数据与反馈持续优化产品。
9. 具备较强的好奇心、自驱力和快速学习能力，能够在目标明确但路径不确定的情况下自主探索并推动落地。
10. 具备良好的沟通协作、项目推进和结果交付能力。
加分项
1. 熟悉原生 AI 应用全生命周期，包括但不限于显卡硬件、模型微调等。
2. 有 To B 场景（销售、办公、知识问答等）的实际落地经验。
3. 拥有极客精神，对硬件有一定了解，有软硬一体开发经验。
4. 具备良好的英文技术资料阅读和日常沟通能力。
