Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 战略规划与转型项目管理：支撑部门战略规划设计、目标分解及年度重点举措落地，跟踪推进关键项目进展及运营指标，识别风险并提出改进建议，推动战略执行闭环，

2. AI Native运营体系建设：建设和运营数字化管理体系与经营分析机制，推动AI在运营管理场景中的应用与落地，提升组织运营效率和管理智能化水平

3. 组织影响力与价值传播：提炼部门 AI 转型价值故事和最佳实践，推动行业影响力建设，行业奖项、标杆案例及外部品牌宣传，提升部门在集团及行业内的认知度和影响力

岗位要求

1. 熟悉企业战略落地、项目运营及数字化转型相关工作逻辑，具备AI场景落地、数字化体系搭建相关工作认知，能够独立跟进项目全流程、研判运营风险并推进问题整改。

2. 具备优秀的文字提炼与内容整合能力，可精准梳理、总结业务成果与实践案例，具备品牌包装、价值传播及行业成果推广的思维与实操能力。

3. 拥有良好的组织思维与赋能意识，擅长搭建创新型组织文化，能够有效推动团队工作模式、工作理念的迭代升级，适配智能化转型工作需求。

4. 文化转型与组织赋能：推动部门AI转型文化落地，促进AI Native工作方式转变，营造持续创新和主动变革氛围
