Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Planning & Requirement Management
- 负责 CSP/CFOC 产品需求收集、分析、澄清及优先级管理。
- 深入理解供应链业务流程，推动产品持续优化和功能迭代。
- 输出 BRD、PRD、流程设计及业务方案。
2. AI Solution Design & Enablement
- 推动 AI Agent 在订单履行、供应链运营及业务流程中的应用落地。
- 与架构师、开发团队共同设计 AI 能力集成方案。
- 挖掘业务场景，形成可复制的 AI 应用解决方案。
3. Project Delivery & Coordination
- 支持全球项目实施交付。
- 协调业务团队、开发团队、测试团队及外部合作方资源。
- 管理项目范围、风险、变更及上线计划。
4. Product Analysis & Process Optimization
- 分析业务痛点及系统运营数据。
- 提出流程优化和自动化改进方案。
- 建立产品 KPI 及价值评估机制，持续提升用户体验和业务效率。
5. Testing & Release Management
- 负责需求验收、UAT 支持及上线管理。
- 推动测试自动化及 AI 赋能测试能力建设。
- 保证产品质量及系统稳定性。
Job Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息系统、供应链管理等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上产品分析、产品管理或企业应用实施经验。
- 具备 ERP、供应链、订单管理等领域经验优先。
Preferred Qualifications
- 熟悉 AI Agent、GenAI、大模型应用场景者优先。
- 具备敏捷开发和项目管理经验。
- 优秀的跨团队沟通及推动能力。
- 良好的英文读写及全球团队协作能力。
