Description and Requirements

岗位职责
1. 多端体系建设：负责部门前端整体技术规划，覆盖 App、微信小程序、Web/H5、PC端等多端产品线，主导技术选型、架构设计与研发规范制定，保障多端技术方案的一致性与可扩展性；
2. 多端复用落地：主导"一套核心、多端适配"的统一架构，推动跨端组件库、设计系统、业务逻辑层与工程工具链的复用体系建设，持续提升代码复用率，降低多端重复开发成本，并能输出可量化的效能提升成果；
3. 团队管理与工程化：带领前端团队完成业务交付与技术攻坚，建立 Code Review、质量管控、性能监控等工程化体系，负责团队招聘、梯队建设与人才培养；
4. AI 研发效能革新：推动 AI Coding 工具与工作流（如 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code 等）在团队内的标准化落地，探索 AI 在代码生成、自动化测试、设计稿转代码（UI-to-Code）等环节的深度应用，重塑研发范式；
5. 跨团队协同：与产品、设计、后端团队高效协作，将业务需求转化为高质量的技术方案，持续跟进跨端、AI 等前沿技术并推动落地。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上前端开发经验，2 年以上5人以上团队管理经验；
2. 精通 HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript(TypeScript)，深度掌握 Vue 或 React 及其生态，具备大型前端项目的架构设计经验；
3. 精通至少一种跨端开发方案：小程序方向熟练掌握 Taro 或 uni-app；App 方向熟悉 Flutter、React Native 或原生 Android（Kotlin/Java）开发，清晰理解各方案的适用边界与性能取舍；
4. 有多端复用架构的实际落地经验（如 Monorepo 工程、分层架构、跨端组件库建设），能以数据说明复用率或研发效率的提升；
5. 熟悉前端工程化体系：构建工具链、CI/CD、多端灰度发布、性能优化与监控埋点；
6. 有 AI Coding 深度实践经验：日常熟练使用 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具，具备在团队层面设计 AI 辅助研发流程、规范与提效度量的能力，而非仅停留在个人代码补全层面；
7. 具备优秀的沟通协调、技术判断与业务理解能力，能有效推动跨部门协作。
加分项
1. 有从 0 到 1 搭建多端技术体系（App + 小程序 + Web）的成功经验；
2. 关注鸿蒙生态，了解 ArkTS 或主流跨端框架对鸿蒙的支持情况；
3. 有大模型应用相关的前端落地经验（如 Chat UI、流式渲染、MCP、AI 工具链自研）；
4. 有活跃的技术社区影响力：开源贡献、技术博客或大会分享。
