Description and Requirements

## Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing AI agents for operation using agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or DeepAgents, including prompt engineering, tool integration and RAG knowledge base setup.

2. Support the observability pipeline: collect metrics, logs and traces using Zabbix, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Splunk; build dashboards and alerting rules.

3. Learn container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and infrastructure automation; write Python/Shell scripts to automate operational tasks.

4. Conduct prototype testing of agent workflows, document issues such as LLM hallucination, context overflow and task failure; suggest iterative improvements.

5. Prepare technical documentation, test cases and demo proof-of-concept for new AgenticOps use cases.

6. Research latest trends in AgenticOps, AIOps and multi-agent systems; present findings to the engineering team.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operation requirements into agent workflows.

## Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or Information Technology.

2. Basic programming skill in Python, comfortable with Linux command line and Git version control.

3. Solid fundamental knowledge in computer networks, operating systems and databases.

4. Excellent English proficiency; fluent spoken Mandarin is highly preferred.
