Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering implementation of core agent capabilities on the device side.
- Advance task orchestration, tool invocation, memory management, context control, and multi-scenario integration.
- Explore the extension of agent capabilities from screen manipulation to device control.
- Support key business initiatives from PoC to large-scale deployment.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in LLM/Agent application development, prompt engineering, and workflow design.
- Familiar with the MCP protocol, skill registration mechanisms, function calling, and the ReAct pattern.
- Knowledge of mainstream agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, etc.).
- Experience with on-device or mobile engineering, with the ability to independently drive the implementation of complex agent functionalities, as well as performance and stability optimization.
