Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for end‑to‑end quality management of Lenovo‑related products. Develop and execute quality improvement plans to ensure product quality meets applicable standards.
2. Participate in early‑stage product design optimization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee on‑time product delivery, balancing requirements for specifications, cost, schedule and quality.
3. Establish and continuously refine quality management processes and standards, driving standardization and efficiency of the quality management system.
4. Conduct regular product quality monitoring and data analysis, identify improvement opportunities and propose effective corrective solutions.
5. Dig into large volumes of data to figure out the root cause of issues.
Job Requirements
1). Proven capability for end‑to‑end product quality management, capable of developing and executing quality improvement plans to meet product quality standards.
2). Solid cross‑functional collaboration skill with DFQ awareness, able to participate in early‑stage design optimization and balance spec, cost, schedule and quality for on‑time delivery.
3). Competence to establish and iterate quality processes & standards, drive quality system standardization and efficiency improvement.
4). Strong data‑driven problem‑solving skill: perform quality monitoring, analyze massive data, identify root causes and deliver effective corrective solutions.
