Advisory Consultant, Microsoft 365

What You'll Achieve

As an Advisory Consultant – Microsoft 365, you will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on technical consultant, combining deep Microsoft 365 platform expertise, modern workplace strategy, security and compliance knowledge, and AI productivity enablement to help enterprise customers transform their digital workplace. You will partner with executive stakeholders across EMEA to define M365 strategy, architect solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in employee productivity, collaboration, security posture, and operational efficiency across Dell's Modern Workplace portfolio.

You will:

  • Define and deliver Microsoft 365 cloud productivity strategies — conducting maturity assessments, facilitating executive workshops, and architecting solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Power Platform, translating findings into prioritised roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity enablement — driving Copilot for M365 readiness assessments, data governance prerequisites, Copilot Studio custom agent development, and adoption strategies aligned to Dell's AI Productivity and Workplace AI offers.
  • Deliver end-to-end M365 platform implementations — including tenant architecture, migrations, hybrid identity, Teams voice and Rooms, Windows Autopilot, Intune device management, Windows 11 migrations, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
  • Advise on security and compliance posture — designing strategies across Microsoft Defender suite and Microsoft Purview for information protection, data loss prevention, and Zero Trust architecture to defend Microsoft AI and 365 workloads.
  • Drive practice growth and portfolio value — supporting pre-sales activities and solution scoping, identifying cross-sell opportunities across DEX, ServiceNow, and Workplace AI, and contributing to methodology refinement and offer development within the End User Computing & Productivity pillar.
