Advisory Consultant, DEX

Join us as an Advisory Consultant – DEX to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What You'll Achieve

As an Advisory Consultant – DEX, you will combine strategic advisory expertise with hands-on Nexthink platform delivery to help enterprise customers maximise the value of their Digital Employee Experience investments. You will partner with executive stakeholders across EMEA to define DEX strategy, lead Nexthink implementation and platform ownership, establish governance, and deliver measurable improvements in employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency — bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical execution across every customer engagement.

You will:

  • Define and deliver DEX Experience Management Strategies — conducting maturity assessments, facilitating executive workshops and governance forums, and leveraging Nexthink telemetry, experience analytics, employee sentiment, and ServiceNow operational data to translate findings into prioritised roadmaps, Success Plans, Value Trackers, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own and deliver the Nexthink platform end to end — leading Infinity and/or V6 implementation, tenant configuration, Collector deployment, NQL-based dashboards and investigations, integrations (ServiceNow, Entra ID, collaboration connectors), Remote Actions (PowerShell/Bash), Amplify workflows, Campaigns, and ongoing platform lifecycle management.
  • Deliver the DEX Experience Management Office flagship offer — including platform implementation and MSP licensing, experience strategy and governance with persona definitions, sentiment surveys and proactive insights reporting with prioritised opportunities backlogs, and IT operations optimisation including software licensing and hardware cost-savings analysis.
  • Translate Nexthink insights into executive-ready outcomes — developing and presenting value realisation reporting demonstrating experience improvements, productivity gains, operational efficiencies, cost optimisation opportunities, and DEX maturity progression to executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive practice growth and portfolio value — supporting pre-sales activities and solution scoping, identifying cross-sell opportunities across ServiceNow Digital Workplace, AI Productivity, PC Optimisation, Workplace AI, and Security Services, and contributing to methodology refinement and continuous improvement of DEX service delivery.
