Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Closing entry and recon preparing/submission, ensuring timely and accurate.
  • Monitor closing status and assess to-go entries and prepare insightful analysis for finance reviews.
  • Prepare the monthly forecasting and yearly MT uploading templates to ensure timely and accurate.
  • Financial reporting preparation and fluctuation analysis for MBG VAS.
  • Prepare MBG VAS E&O forecast calculation and provide reporting support for business decision making.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as needed.
  • Support the Team with assigned tasks and deliverables.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of FP&A or accounting experience within a matrix organization is preferred.
  • International or manufacturing background preferred

2. Skill Requirements:

  • Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
  • High analytic and reporting skills
  • High communication skill
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Proficient in FP&A and practice 

3. Education

  • Bachelor is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
