Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate audit requests and support annual statutory and external audit processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Analyze financial results and provide insights on key performance drivers
- Maintain financial models, reports, and forecasting templates
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate accounting policies
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting, reporting, and planning processes
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support finance initiatives and business objectives
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, audit support, and FP&A
- Experience supporting multinational environments and multiple entities preferred
- Knowledge of South Asia entities and markets is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

- Background in multinational companies is preferred
