Account Technology Strategy
As an Account Technology Strategist, you will lead strategic technology engagement with customers, helping them realize business value through Microsoft cloud, AI, security, and modern workplace solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical leaders, aligning Microsoft capabilities to customer priorities, transformation goals, and long-term technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customer business and technology stakeholders and understand their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Develop and drive account technology strategies that align Microsoft cloud, AI, security, data, and productivity solutions with customer outcomes.
- Partner with sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
- Influence technology decisions by articulating the value of Microsoft platforms and identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation.
- Support adoption, consumption, and long-term value realization while providing guidance on industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, technical sales, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
- Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and modern workplace technologies.Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills, with experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Customer-focused problem solver with experience collaborating across sales and technical teams and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
