Account Technology Strategist

As an Account Technology Strategist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technology leaders, helping them realize business value through Microsoft cloud, AI, security, data, and modern workplace solutions. You will develop technology strategies and roadmaps, align Microsoft capabilities to customer priorities, and drive long-term transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customer business and technology stakeholders and understand their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Develop and drive account technology strategies that align Microsoft cloud, AI, security, data, and productivity solutions with customer outcomes.
- Partner with sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
- Influence technology decisions by articulating the value of Microsoft technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation.
- Support adoption, consumption, and long-term value realization while providing guidance on industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 6+ years of technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technology experience, OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving digital transformation or technology-led business outcomes.
- Experience building relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, security, and modern workplace technologies.
