Keysight helps customers build and validate secure electronic products through advanced Device Security solutions. Our portfolio includes industry-leading hardware and software for Side Channel Analysis, Fault Injection, and comprehensive device security testing, enabling customers to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen product security, and address evolving security requirements.
As part of the Keysight Device Security EMEA team, you will develop new customers and strategic opportunities for advanced hardware and embedded security testing solutions. You will engage with technical and business stakeholders, build trusted customer relationships, and coordinate Keysight resources to convert complex security requirements into successful commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities- The Account Manager will drive new customer acquisition and strategic business development for Keysight Device Security across an assigned EMEA territory. The role combines consultative technical selling, market development, and ownership of complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through order closure.
- Own and develop strategic customer relationships across key Device Security markets, including semiconductor, aerospace & defense, government, automotive, IoT, research, and security laboratories.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for Device Security products, including Side Channel Analysis (SCA), Fault Injection (FI), and complete Device Security Lab solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong EMEA opportunity pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop new customers from initial engagement through technical qualification, commercial negotiation, and order closure.
- Understand customer security challenges and translate them into compelling Keysight Device Security value propositions and solutions.
- Develop and execute account and business development plans for strategic customers, countries, and market segments.
- Work closely with Keysight Sales teams, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and other internal stakeholders to identify and develop Device Security opportunities within the broader Keysight customer base.
- Collaborate with Keysight channel partners and distributors to expand Device Security coverage and identify new opportunities across EMEA.
- Engage effectively with multiple customer stakeholders, including security engineers, R&D teams, laboratory managers, procurement, management, and executive decision-makers.
- Coordinate technical demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and customer engagements together with Device Security Solution Engineers and technical experts.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in CRM and provide clear visibility of business development activities and expected results.
- Represent Keysight Device Security at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and partner activities across EMEA.
- Develop a strong understanding of Device Security market trends, competitive landscape, customer investment priorities, and emerging security requirements to identify new areas for business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Physics, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within cybersecurity, semiconductor, electronics, test & measurement, aerospace & defense, or another relevant technology market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new customers and generate business in technically complex B2B markets.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of managing opportunities through complex and potentially long sales cycles.
- Ability to understand technical customer requirements and communicate business value to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong prospecting, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a large international territory while collaborating effectively within a global, matrix organization.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
Desirable
- Experience in hardware or embedded security, semiconductor security, cybersecurity testing, or security evaluation.
- Knowledge of Side Channel Analysis, Fault Injection, secure elements, microcontrollers, FPGAs, Trusted Platform Modules, or other embedded security technologies.
- Experience selling T&M equipment, laboratory systems, or complex engineering solutions.
- Existing customer network within semiconductor, aerospace & defense, government/security organizations, automotive, or security laboratories.
- Understanding of device security standards, certification, or regulatory requirements such as Common Criteria, EUCC, SESIP, PSA Certified, or the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Experience working with channel partners and developing business in multiple EMEA countries.
- Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
