We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to develop and implement sophisticated account-based marketing strategies for high-priority accounts and account segments spanning North America. In collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager, sales teams, and global marketing partners, you will bring to bear tailored 1:1 and scalable 1:few marketing programs. These programs will drive account engagement, improve customer dedication, and support revenue growth.
This is a remote role based in the Central or Eastern U.S. Time Zones.
Key Responsibilities where you will make your impact:
- Regional Strategy Integration: Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager North America. Ensure account marketing initiatives complement and improve broader regional marketing strategies. Find opportunities to connect regional campaigns with account-level activity.
- Account-Based Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop, build, and implement 1:1 ABM campaigns for strategic clients and client groupings across North America, crafting personalized experiences that drive engagement, opportunity progression, customer retention, and growth.
- Integrated Marketing Account Planning: Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop integrated marketing account plans, aligning account marketing tactics with sales strategies, account priorities, and revenue objectives.
- Platform Management & Automation: Independently manage and optimize campaigns across Eloqua, Contentful, Demandbase, and Sprinklr platforms, building automated workflows and personalized customer experiences.
- Content Creation & Personalization: Develop highly targeted, account-specific and segment-specific content and creative assets, ensuring messaging resonates with target collaborators, buying committees, and customer priorities.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track account engagement, campaign performance and account progression, providing actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership.
- Account Intelligence: Conduct research into target accounts and account clusters, maintaining stakeholder maps, engagement tracking, and opportunity identification within Demandbase and CRM platforms.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience (including internships) that could span account-based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or strategic B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS technology or power utilities sectors
- Experience developing and delivering 1:1 and/or 1: few ABM campaigns in complex B2B environments
- Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Contentful, and/or Demandbase; proficiency with Sprinklr is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while delivering high-quality execution
- Experience creating targeted content and marketing assets for different audiences, buying stages, and partner groups
- Strong track record of working closely with sales teams to develop integrated marketing plans and support revenue objectives
- Ability to travel 10%
- Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the power utilities, energy infrastructure, or industrial technology sectors
- Knowledge of North American power utilities market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be highly advantageous, supporting collaboration and account marketing initiatives across the broader Americas region

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
