3PL Control Tower Specialist, EU EF Control Tower
The successful candidate must have proven experience in Inbound and Reverse Logistics within an operational environment, with a strong background in operations monitoring and operational support delivered across a 24/7 shift pattern.
The EU External Fulfilment (EF) network consists of approximately 41 operations offering flexible solutions operated by external third-party logistics (3PL) providers. These operations deliver network capacity solutions (storage and throughput), specialised operation solutions, and emerging market expansion solutions across Europe.
The EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist – Inbound provides end-to-end operational support across 40+ European External Fulfilment buildings. This role contributes to process standardization and optimization, and serves as a key communication link between 3PL partners and internal Amazon stakeholders. The position operates on a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Managing onboarding and permissions to support seamless 3PL operations
● Providing operational guidance and support to 3PL partners across multiple European sites
● Resolving capacity discrepancies and warehouse management system configurations
● Acting as a communication bridge between 3PL partners and internal Amazon stakeholders, including node managers and problem-solving teams
● Uploading and maintaining critical data to support supply chain visibility and internal compliance requirements
● Monitoring adherence to process and Amazon operational standards, identifying and escalating deviations
● Supporting system launches and migrations, implementing required tasks for ongoing operational continuity

This position is office-based.

This position involves the daily operational tasks resolutions and day to day communication with 3PL and Amazon team of problem solvers and node managers on their quality KPIs management. You will be responsible for group of tasks involving KPI monitoring, solving system issues and analyzing process standards execution for 41+ buildings in Europe.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, AI, etc.
- Experience in logistics.
