3P Carriers Manager, Commercial Carriers
The Commercial Carrier Manager owns the operational performance management and carrier onboarding execution for Brazil's Third Party Carriers network. This role combines analytical depth with operational ownership — the Carrier Manager independently manages carrier performance cycles, leads root cause investigations, drives corrective action plans with carrier partners, and owns the end-to-end operational onboarding of new carriers into the Amazon network. With 6 new carriers being onboarded by year-end, this role is critical to ensuring seamless integration while maintaining performance standards across the existing carrier base. The Carrier Manager operates with significant autonomy, making data-driven recommendations that directly influence carrier strategy and network capacity decisions.
