2027 Intern - Facility Student Intern
Responsilibilties:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, water, air compressors)
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and record-keeping
- Participate in workplace safety checks and environmental compliance tasksSupport energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the facilities team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Studying in major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering
- Good communication and willing to learn, ability to work under pressure and work with careful
- Good ability in English, base in Tianjin is preferred
