Job Responsibilities

The AMHS Engineer is responsible for planning, sustaining, and optimizing Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), ensuring efficient operation of devices such as OHT, Stocker, Sorter, auto-pack/unpack, and mobile robots. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance productivity and quality, driving supplier development globally, and overseeing daily operations, troubleshooting, and technician mentoring.

1. A highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and capability to planning and sustain AMHS devices such as OHT, Stocker, Sorter, auto-pack /unpack, mobile robot.

2. Working with a team which may include MFG, module, quality team to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality excellence.

3. Lead and drive external supplier in Taiwan, Japan, Europe, America area to develop new devices and delivery on time.

4. Analysis and optimize AMHS transportation bottleneck.

5. Be responsible for sustaining ownership such as day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring technicians.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industry Engineering, Engineering Management, Transportation Management, Information Engineering, Civil engineering.

2. Strong skill in Equipment Automation & Data Analysis by Excel & SQL with Oracle or MS-SQL &VBA and Web based AP

3. At least expert on 1 of programming skills, e.g. C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript.

4. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, learning attitude, and discipline; Good ability of job planning is preferred.

5. Passion to take the challenges

6. Fluent in English and knowing Mandarin will be a plus.
