Responsibilities:
- Prompt response/service to customers.
- Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D reports.
- Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction.
- Field failure verification for customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering.
- Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good at English (spoken and written)
- Strong PC skill especially on datamining.
- Independent working behavior
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Automotive
- Semiconductors and failure analysis knowledge
- Familiar with 8D, 5 why, FTA, TS, VDA, FMEA, Control plan
