Zone Planning Specialist (m/f/d) Healthcare Facility Planning

Location: Bratislava (Hybrid)


Join a newly established regional team CEECA Zone Planning Centre of Excellence at Siemens Healthineers and drive with us healthcare infrastructure planning across CEECA. As a Zone Planning Specialist, you will support healthcare projects from concept through implementation by delivering high-quality facility planning and equipment layout solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop healthcare facility and medical equipment layouts for projects across the CEECA region.
  • Create concept, preliminary, tender, and final planning drawings using AutoCAD and planning tools aligned with Siemens Healthineers standards.
  • Prepare planning documentation covering architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, Business Lines, and country teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Ensure customer site readiness and support equipment installation planning activities.
  • Contribute to planning standards, templates, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Centre of Excellence.

Your Profile: 

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in healthcare facility planning, architectural design, medical equipment planning, or a similar technical environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with HSCAD & Revit is an advantage.
  • Understanding of healthcare facility design, construction practices, and building systems. Understanding of the workflow of Radiology and Molecular Imaging departments will be an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional CEECA region languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

What else do I need to know?

As part of the EU Pay Transparency requirements, we would like to inform you that the gross monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 2,600.00. The final compensation package may be higher and will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
