Description and Requirements
The successful candidate will be part of the Mobile Business Group Global Logistics Team, supporting the Motorola brand shipments worldwide, based in Lenovo Bratislava, Slovakia.
What you will do:
The candidate will work with the extended MBG Global Logistics team in Europe, META, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and will be responsible for managing WW Projects, including:
- Process standardisation & optimization across Geo Teams
- Delivery Serviceability improvement
- Cost management and cost-saving projects
- Logistics network optimization and lead time improvement projects
- Driving Digital tools and Digital management systems
- New country implementations
What you will bring:
- 5 – 10yrs in Logistics industry
- Strong experience in the logistics industry either with a shipper or 3rd party logistics provider
- Good Project management skills in order to be able to effectively drive change, including digital transformation; manage cross-functional project teams, and have strong communication skills
- Experience of driving Logistics projects and solutions in a Global company
- Bachelors Degree required
- Fluent English language required

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
