Position Overview
The Workplace Experience Coordinator (Facilities) ensures efficient day-to-day facilities operations while delivering a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace. You'll manage vendors, support employee experience, and maintain alignment with facilities strategy and organizational objectives. We have two positions at our Cairo office and based on your background and expertise, you may be matched to focus on either facilities management operations or technical aspects of workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services; manage SNOW tickets within agreed SLAs
- Conduct facility inspections and oversee space utilization and optimization
- Manage vendor performance and communicate with external service providers
- Provide front-line support for employee facility requests and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, government regulations, and company policies
- Support emergency preparedness and handle workplace incidents
- Maintain documentation, track budgets, and manage procurement and invoicing
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management or similar role
- Strong understanding of facilities operations and vendor management
- Knowledge of EHS standards and health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation

Our Benefits & Rewards
The salary range for this position is 12,600 USD - 23,300 USD annually and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
