Join our Workday Reporting Team and help transform how data drives decisions across Siemens.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders around the world, solve complex business challenges, and lead innovative reporting initiatives in a dynamic international environment.
What you'll do:
1. Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy impactful Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
2. Drive innovation through Workday Discovery Boards and Worksheets, leading implementations across multiple countries and helping customers unlock data-driven insights.
3. Work in an agile environment to complete Jira tickets in a 2-week sprint
4. Own and shape a functional area within Workday Reporting, continuously enhancing reporting capabilities and delivering business value to our customers.
5. Lead WD Reporting implementations in country rollout projects including requirements gathering, testing and operational deployment
6. Empower others through knowledge sharing, delivering training sessions, workshops, and guidance that help stakeholders maximise the value of Workday reporting.
7. Conduct trainings and knowledge transfer sessions with internal customers and other stakeholders
We are looking for someone with…
• 2-3 years of Workday Reporting experience, either for a Workday customer or as consultant
• A positive, curious and proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving
• experience in working with Discovery Boards is a huge plus
• experience in working with Jira
• a team player mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
• the drive to continuously improve everything regarding WD Reporting
