Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1. 桌面端底层架构
- 负责基于CEF（Chromium Embedded Framework）** 的架构设计与核心模块开发，具备从0到1搭建CEF多进程架构的经验，深入理解Chromium的渲染、GPU及网络进程模型
- 有Electron开发经验者优先考虑。
2. 核心系统研发
- 精通C++，进行高性能底层模块开发；
- 熟练使用 TypeScript 构建稳健的应用层逻辑；
- 利用Python进行自动化工具链、数据处理及算法原型验证。
3. 智能体核心系统构建
- 熟悉 Harness（运行时环境与工具集编排），设计Agent上下文注入、工具发现及权限管控机制；
- 熟悉MCP协议，实现过MCPServer，实现 Agent 与外部数据源、第三方工具、本地服务之间的标准化接入与安全通信；
- 设计并实现 Skills，构建持续扩展的 Agent 能力库，确保技能的热加载、版本管理与执行可见性。

- 精通C++，有丰富的多线程、网络编程及性能优化经验；
- 深入理解CEF底层原理及 API 调用，有实际的 CEF 项目落地经验；
- 熟练使用TypeScript / JavaScript，有前端工程化或大型 Node.js 项目经验；
- 熟悉Python开发，能用于脚本工具、数据处理或后端服务对接。
3. 智能体（Agent）专长
- 熟悉当前主流 Agent 开发范式与框架，具备自主规划、工具调用及反思机制的设计经验；
- 理解Harness架构理念，能够设计 Agent 的统一执行管道与能力发现机制；
- 熟悉MCP，能实现 Agent 与外部数据源、工具集的高效安全连接；
- 熟悉Skills定义与管理，能够构建可插拔、可复用的 Agent 技能库。
4、 加分项
- 有Electron跨平台大型应用开发经验；
- 有 AI Agent、大模型应用落地或 RAG 系统开发经验。
- 有Duilib开发经验
