TPM - Ops and Strategy, Wireless Connectivity
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the Chief of Staff for Amazon's Wireless Connectivity organization ( engineers across US and Asia). This person will own operational excellence, strategic planning, and AI-powered program management for a leadership org that ships wireless connectivity solutions (WiFi, Bluetooth, Thread, Zigbee, Matter, Sidewalk) across Amazon's entire device portfolio — Echo, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, Key, smart eyewear, and next-generation smart home products.

You will be the operating system for a hardware engineering organization: running the planning cadence, driving headcount and budget decisions, preparing executive documents (OP1/OP2), monitoring health of 30+ concurrent programs, and building AI-augmented workflows that replace manual toil. You will be the person leadership relies on to know where every program stands and keep a pulse check on org health.
