Description and Requirements

岗位职责

负责AI智能体产品Phone、Pad方向研发项目管理，推动移动端AI能力高质量交付，并作为研发团队与终端业务（BU）之间的项目管理窗口，保障软件研发与终端产品上市节奏保持一致。

主要职责包括：

1、研发项目全过程管理

负责Phone、Pad端AI智能体产品研发项目全生命周期管理，包括：

• 制定并维护项目计划及里程碑

• 组织需求评审、方案评审及项目启动

• 跟踪研发、测试、发布全过程

• 推动项目风险识别、预警及闭环

• 管理需求变更、版本发布及项目复盘

• 持续优化项目推进效率，保障项目按计划、高质量交付

2、跨组织项目协同

作为移动端AI智能体研发团队统一项目管理接口，负责协调Phone、Pad各业务单元（BU）TPM和产品经理，推动以下事项协同落地：

• 软件需求协同

• 产品计划同步

• 版本计划对齐

• 发布节奏协调

• 风险及问题闭环

• 跨团队依赖管理

• 多端AI能力协同落地

确保软件研发计划与终端上市计划保持一致。

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。

• 5年以上手机、智能终端或AI产品软件研发项目管理经验。

• 熟悉项目管理方法论，能够同时管理多个研发项目，在复杂环境下保持项目高效推进。

• 熟悉软件研发全生命周期，包括需求、开发、测试、发布全过程，具备一定技术背景（开发、测试经验均可）。

• 熟练使用Jira、Confluence、飞书项目等项目管理工具。

• 具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够推动产品、研发、测试及业务团队高效协作。

• 具备良好的风险识别、问题分析及推动解决能力。

• 责任心强，执行力强，具备良好的组织协调及资源整合能力。

• 加分项：持有PMP、ACP等项目管理认证。
