Description:
The Test Engineer 2 supports application platforms in the Engineering department. This role is critical to overall program success, with aggressive timelines and direct impact on our customers. You will play a key role in implementing AI-assisted automation frameworks and driving intelligent testing strategies.
You’ll make an impact by:
Lead the design and maintenance of AI-assisted automation frameworks.
Drive intelligent testing strategies aligned with business and technology needs.
Mentor associate engineers on Test practices and automation best practices.
Perform automated testing, debug complex automation code, and deliver comprehensive AI-driven defect analysis reports.
Own improvements in test automation coverage using next-gen AI platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for AI-supported shift-left testing.
Investigate defects for root cause using anomaly detection and predictive insights.
This is how you'll win us over:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of experience in test automation including AI enabled testing.
Extreme Ownership of automation frameworks and overall product quality.
Insatiable Curiosity to explore new AI‑assisted testing tools and frameworks.
Customer-Centric Focus to understand how testing impacts end‑user experience.
Relentless Execution to ensure testing strategies are implemented with precision.
Strong knowledge of Java, REST Assured, Selenium, API testing, CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, SQL, and web programming.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted automation tools or willingness to learn emerging Gen AI QA platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications like ISTQB, Java, or AI/ML fundamentals.
