What You Will Do


 Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects for utility clients, focusing on data migrations, system upgrades, schema conversions, and technical integrations.
 Coordinate requirements gathering sessions and technical workshops, working closely with customer stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical needs.
 Oversee the planning, design, and execution of technical implementations, ensuring solutions meet quality standards, compliance needs, and project objectives.
 Serve as the primary point of contact with customer technical teams, providing regular updates on progress, deliverables, and technical challenges.
 Develop and maintain detailed project plans (including resource, schedule, scope, risk, and cost management) in accordance with PMI standards.
 Manage and escalate project risks, issues, and change requests related to data quality, migration schedules, and technical compatibility.
 Closely coordinate with developers, solution architects, QA, and vendors to align implementation activities and manage technical dependencies.
 Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation support for technical deliverables.
 Ensure timely and accurate technical documentation, project reporting, and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
 Support pre-sales activities and contribute technical expertise in client proposals, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
 Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, sharing technical learnings across the team and organization.


Skills & Experience
 Degree-educated with relevant technical and project management certifications (PMP is a plus).
 6+ years’ experience in delivering technical projects in Utilities or similar complex environments, with hands-on involvement in data migration, upgrade, or integration initiatives.
 Expert in requirement gathering, technical documentation, stakeholder
communication, and project governance using established PMI methodologies.
 Solid understanding of enterprise software, databases, cloud migration concepts, and integration frameworks relevant to Utilities.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface with customers, technical teams, and senior executives.
 Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
 Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, change, and risk in dynamic and multicultural environments.
 Proficiency in English required; native in Arabic.
 Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East as required.


This role combines strategic project management discipline with hands-on technical delivery expertise, supporting clients across the Utilities sector to achieve robust, compliant, and future-ready technical solutions.

What You Will Bring


 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
 PMP certification (or PMI equivalent) or, demonstrated expertise applying PMI methodologies to technical projects.
 6+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects within Utilities or related sectors, with a strong record overseeing data migrations, system integrations, and product upgrades.
 Solid background in software delivery, systems integration, or consulting, with high proficiency across data platforms, or utility infrastructure.
 Proven experience gathering and translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications and deliverables.
 Demonstrated success working in customer-facing roles, especially with cross- cultural, distributed project teams in the Middle East.
 Strong understanding of technical architectures, data flow, and utility-specific regulatory requirements.
 Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
 Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in line with PMI best practices.
 Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams, coaching junior team members and facilitating problem-solving.
 Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured, analytical mindset..
