Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. 
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near and long-term objectives.
  • Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. 
  • Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders. 
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data center or similar mission critical facility design and construction environments.
  • Experience with building facilities' equipment and environments including switchgear, generators, chillers, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), security and fire safety systems.
  • Experience managing changing industrial construction projects.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects, within an international working environment.
  • Experience working with (data centre) equipment/environments (including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships and deliver on action-orientated tasks.
  • AI use and exposure in professional project setting.
