The Business & Market Insights Platform Engineering program enables B&MI product teams to build, deploy, scale, and operate high-quality, data-driven applications faster by providing shared capabilities, paved paths, and reusable platform solutions. The program’s vision is to minimize time to market, time to scale, and implementation cost for B&MI products while advancing alignment with Mastercard’s enterprise technology strategy, security standards, and developer experience goals.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager II to help drive disciplined execution across BMI Platform Engineering. This role will ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately sized, prioritized, tracked, and delivered with consistency, transparency, and accountability across teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on execution leader who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, bring structure to ambiguous and complex initiatives, and drive predictable outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders. The Technical Program Manager II will lead day-to-day program execution, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner closely with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams across Mastercard to ensure alignment and delivery. This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels by translating priorities into executable plans, proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and continuously improving how teams plan, govern, and deliver work.
