As businesses increasingly invest in Digital Workplace, Data Center, and next-generation AI solutions, Lenovo is uniquely positioned to help customers turn innovation into measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Lenovo's AI and Services strategy, partnering with senior business leaders and HR teams to support the growth of our AI R&D Hub in Romania. In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will help attract and hire top AI and technical talent, playing a key role in building teams that drive innovation and business success.

What you'll do

• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment for AI R&D hiring in Romania.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, social media, referrals, professional communities, events, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical and AI-focused roles.
• Manage recruitment activities across internal systems, job boards, and social media platforms while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Guide stakeholders through the full hiring lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on inclusive hiring practices and support diversity-focused recruitment initiatives.
• Continuously explore new approaches to talent attraction, campus recruitment, employee referrals, networking, and market mapping activities.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience (including offer preparation and negotiation) within an international matrix organization.
• Experience recruiting for AI, software engineering, IT, or other technical positions.
• Experience identifying, attracting, and engaging talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
