Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1. 业务咨询与需求分析
- 梳理内外部客户供应链计划相关的业务流程，完成现状诊断与差距分析（As-Is / To-Be）。
- 主导外部项目供应链计划相关的业务需求调研、业务流程设计、方案规划与蓝图编写、业务到系统方案设计。
- 参与供应链计划体系（S&OP / MPS / MRP / APS）的策略建模与业务优化建议输出。
2. 项目实施与交付
- 负责供应链计划系统业务验证、流程测试及上线支持。
- 在外部项目中担任主业务顾问角色，指导实施顾问、业务人员完成关键里程碑交付。
- 参与项目管理相关工作，包括需求跟踪、风险识别与处理、客户沟通与推动。
- 根据客户实际业务情况，完成主数据分析、参数配置、策略调优与结果验证。
3. 培训与知识传递
- 为客户提供供应链计划流程、系统使用方法、策略逻辑的培训与知识转移。
- 输出业务使用手册、操作文档、策略说明等交付物。
4. 客户关系与持续优化
- 持续跟踪客户计划体系运行情况，提出业务改进建议和优化方案。
- 支持项目售前，如业务访谈、方案准备、标书回应、价值呈现等。
岗位要求
- 5年以上供应链计划系统实施或计划业务咨询经验，熟悉需求计划、主计划、供应计划、MRP、工厂计划/APS等至少两个模块。
- 离散制造行业供应链计划类咨询或实施项目经验，能独立承担业务顾问角色。
- 熟悉供应链计划（SCP）相关业务流程、业务规则
- 有计划类系统模块的实施经验（如 BY ESP/FP/S&OP、SAP APO/IBP、APS 工厂排程系统、或国产供应链计划平台）。
- 良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力及跨团队协作能力。
- 能接受中长期出差及客户现场支持。
加分项
- 有知名咨询公司或供应链数字化平台从业经验（如埃森哲、IBM、德勤、达索、Asprova 等）。
- 有参与大型企业 SCP（Supply Chain Planning）规划或系统建设项目经历。
- 具备制造业体系理解：电子、装备制造、消费电子、汽车零部件等。
- 有数据分析能力（Excel、SQL、Python 等）者优先。
