We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead the design and launch of our global supply chain network across . This individual will also spearhead Export Supply Chain projects aimed at driving expansion, speed and cost improvements across our international operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex, multi-regional supply chain transformations and a deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

This role is critical to shaping our global supply chain strategy, optimizing our hub model, and ensuring the successful execution of export operations that support our growth in key international markets.

Key job responsibilities
  • Design and implement global hub networks across LATAM, EU, and ASIA to support regional and global demand.
  • Drive projects to reduce lead times, optimize landed costs, and enhance supply chain visibility.
  • Improve customs processes, carrier selection, and export compliance to maximize efficiency.
  • Deliver measurable cost savings and service level enhancements through targeted initiatives.
  • Align regional leaders and external partners on global supply chain strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to global supply chain disruptions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 4+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
