Amazon Now is Amazon's quick-commerce business in India, competing head-to-head with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket. Fruits, Vegetables and Dairy sit at the heart of q-commerce demand and reach our dark stores through our partnership with More Retail Limited (MRL). We are hiring a Partnership Manager to own that relationship end-to-end, single-threaded on three outcomes: capacity, productivity, and the joint P&L.

Key job responsibilities
On capacity, you will build and maintain the rolling four, eight and thirteen week plan across MRL DCs and hubs, translating Amazon Now demand signals into staffing, crate pool, vehicle slots and cold-storage asks. You will run the S&OP cadence with MRL leadership and identify the binding constraint before it becomes a customer-facing miss.
On productivity, you will own the metric tree: cases per manhour, dispatch fill rate, dock-to-stow cycle time, D0/D1/D2 stow mix, and vehicle utilisation. You will drive the eGRN rollout across MRL hubs to unlock shortage attribution at PO by ASIN grain, and you will treat the Supplier gap and Warehouse gap as separate problems with separate DRIs.
