Supplier Quality Manager, Amazon Private Brands

Key job responsibilities
- Analyze customer experience data (Customer Review Ratings, Returns, feedback signals) to identify quality trends, uncover root causes, and translate customer insights into actionable improvement strategies across a diverse product portfolio spanning hardlines, softlines, and consumables
- Partner directly with suppliers / manufacturing sites to drive sustained quality and production efficiencies; implement preventive measures and build supplier capabilities that deliver consistent product excellence at scale
- Support end-to-end process testing and optimization by connecting customer and supplier data; contribute to systemic improvements across the value chain from sourcing through delivery
- Partner with global stakeholders across diverse functions; present data-driven findings and recommendations that contribute to quality strategy and decision-making
- Apply AI and intelligent agents to execute scalable quality solutions, automate monitoring tasks, and expand your impact across a multi-industry product portfolio; develop next-generation quality approaches tailored for e-commerce
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- 4+ years of working experience in quality management, manufacturing, or related fields in consumer products, e-commerce, or related industries
- Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with customer and operational data to identify trends and propose solutions; creative problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/automation tools (e.g., AI agents, SQL, Python) to scale quality programs and drive operational efficiency
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (customer reviews, return rates, VOC data) and their application to quality strategy
