As a Revenue Lead based in Mexico City, you will be the commercial leader for Google’s key partnerships in Spanish-speaking Latin America (SPLA). You will manage a portfolio of key accounts—including major broadcasters, media conglomerates, and distribution platforms—to generate sustainable business growth and accelerate adoption of our next-generation advertising solutions for publishers.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner business and ensuring operational continuity for strategic Media, CTV, and Telco partners. Leverage Google Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense, manage a commercial pipeline focused on product adoption, business generation, and yield optimization.
  • Serve as a consultant to partner Ad Operations and Yield Managers, creating actionable roadmaps that increase partner profitability.
  • Manage the account lifecycle from contract activation to business realization, including oversight of billing and collections governance. Advise partners on high-growth opportunities in biddable CTV and Retail Media.
  • Lead the commercial narrative for business reviews, providing data-driven insights that support strategic C-level objectives. Triage operational and policy-related blockers to ensure they are resolved in line with business goals, collaborating with gTech for technical execution.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • 2 years of experience working with Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics, Auto, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including contract activation and operational continuity (e.g., billing and policy triage).
  • Experience working within the media, connected TV (CTV), or telecommunications verticals, with a deep understanding of their unique business generation models.
  • Track record of driving business through product adoption, format innovation and yield optimization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data sets, investigate performance fluctuations, and translate insights into actionable commercial roadmaps.
  • Ability to act as a consultant to partner Ad Operationss or Yield Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical and product teams.
