Description and Requirements

岗位职责： 1、主导创新项目的POC（概念验证）立项、技术规划与执行工作，制定项目实施方案并推动项目落地。 2、负责POC项目全生命周期管理，覆盖立项、开发、验证、评估及成果转化等关键阶段，确保项目按计划推进。 3、建立并完善项目里程碑管理机制和质量控制体系，对项目进度、质量及交付结果负责。 4、推动研发、产品、设计等跨职能团队高效协作，协调资源并解决项目推进过程中的关键问题。 5、确保技术方案与产品战略、业务目标及用户价值保持一致，提升创新成果的可落地性和商业价值。 6、识别并管理创新项目中的技术风险、资源风险及方向性风险，制定应对策略，提高项目成功率和执行效率。 7、推动各研发团队参与创新项目建设，促进跨团队协同创新与技术能力共享。 岗位要求： 1、具备技术项目管理、技术管理、架构设计或相关领域丰富经验，能够独立推动复杂技术项目落地。 2、具备AI、系统平台、软件架构或其他复杂技术项目的规划与实施经验。 3、熟悉POC项目管理流程，能够有效推动概念验证成果向产品化方向转化。 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够高效连接产品、研发、设计等多方团队并推动目标达成。 5、具备较强的技术理解能力，能够深入把握技术实现细节，并将技术能力转化为产品价值和用户价值。 6、具备良好的项目管理能力，包括计划制定、风险管理、资源协调及项目推进能力。 7、具备较强的逻辑分析与问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境下推动项目高效执行。 8、具备从POC验证到产品正式落地的实践经验者优先。 9、具备软硬件结合项目经验，能够推动跨领域技术整合与创新应用者优先。
