Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineers on technically deep projects across the product, collaborating effectively with partners, PM, customers, and other engineering leads.
Drive the scoping of functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure the team is able to execute with strong incremental deliveries. This often requires defining the priorities and balancing the product requirements with technical feasibilities.
Build well-rounded engineers, distributing work to maximize both product objectives and personal skill development.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development (e.g., Java).
Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
Experience in building Distributed systems and Database services.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Database Internals.
Experience with distributed databases.
