Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy high-quality consumer product features across web, mobile (iOS/Android), or backend services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions.
  • Develop simple, reusable, and scalable code libraries and frameworks to accelerate product development.
  • Iterate rapidly on product prototypes and features, balancing development velocity with a high standard of code quality and craft.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more of the following: web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React), iOS (Swift, Objective-C), Android (Kotlin, Java), backend or ML services.
  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
  • Experience building and shipping consumer-facing software products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
