Description and Requirements
Role and Responsibility
- Develop AI models: Design and train AI algorithms/models focused on computer vision or voice processing.
- Conduct HCI research: Investigate how users interact with AI systems to improve usability and experience.
- Design software architectures: Create scalable, clean, and maintainable software frameworks for research projects.
- Build PoC prototypes: Develop rapid end-to-end prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of new concepts.
- Conduct testing: Plan and execute user and performance testing to verify AI model accuracy and system performance
- Monitor tech trends: Investigate academic papers and emerging industry trends in AI and HCI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with other LR teams in China and US for projects, work with Business Units (BUs) to transfer developed technologies as need arises.
- Patent: Make inventions for patent application.
職務内容
• AIモデルの開発: コンピュータビジョンまたは音声処理を対象としたAIアルゴリズム／モデルの設計および学習を行います。
• HCI研究の実施: ユーザーとAIシステムとのインタラクションを調査・分析し、使いやすさやユーザー体験の向上を図ります。
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの設計: 研究プロジェクト向けに、拡張性が高く、保守しやすいソフトウェアフレームワークを設計します。
• PoCプロトタイプの開発: 新しいコンセプトの実現可能性や価値を示すため、エンドツーエンドのPoC（Proof of Concept）プロトタイプを迅速に構築します。
• テストの実施: ユーザーテストおよび性能評価テストを計画・実施し、AIモデルの精度およびシステム性能を検証します。
• 技術動向の調査: AIおよびHCI分野における学術論文や業界の最新動向を調査・分析します。
• 部門横断的な協業: 中国および米国のLRチームと共同で研究プロジェクトを推進し、必要に応じて事業部門（Business Units：BU）と連携して開発技術の移転を行います。
• 特許出願: 新たな発明を創出し、特許出願を行います。
