Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Technical Oversight
    Lead topic studying through design, development, validation, and maintenance phases, ensuring adherence to technical standards and project goals.
  • Cable/Connector Topology Design & Test Plan Development
    Develop, maintain, and validate cable connection topology, configurations, and detailed test plans to ensure robust and reliable design outcomes.
  • Technical Documentation & Design Reviews
    Create and review comprehensive sub-system documentation including Cable Lists, Drawings, Routing files, Specifications, and EC (Engineering Change) records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Project Schedule, Budget, and Resource Management
    Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for cable sub-systems, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery across project lifecycles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Routing Validation & Implementation
    Act as the owner of system cable routing validation, working with cross-functional teams (ME, EE, Layout, Manufacturing) at every stage of development.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
    Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation aligns with industry standards, product requirements, and manufacturability.
  • Defect Tracking, Sample Build, and Change Management
    Oversee weekly defect tracking, sample build and delivery progress, FRU-LPN linkage, BOM updates, and EC release activities to ensure project control and traceability.
  • Compliance & Documentation Systems (GDX Upload, Record Management)
    Ensure compliance documentation, GDX upload status, and project records are maintained accurately, supporting audit readiness and product compliance requirements.

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering (ME) Background & Server Experience
    Possess a solid mechanical engineering foundation with hands-on experience in server hardware development, especially in cable and connector sub-systems. Proficient in independently operating Creo for 3D CAD modeling and design tasks.
  • System Architecture Understanding for Cable/Connector Layout
    Well-versed in server system architecture to lead cable routing design, connector placement planning, and integration into complex server environments.
