Our organization spans three distinct Amazon India businesses — Amazon Business (comprising Self-Service Registered / SSR and CPS enterprise sales), Private Brands, and ReCommerce — each on a multi-million-dollar, WW-leading growth trajectory. Delivering that growth depends on executing large, complex, cross-organizational programs across CX, SX, sales, tech, pricing, supply chain, and operations, often with dependencies on Worldwide and partner teams. Increasingly, the most valuable of these programs are AI-powered — agentic buying assistants, AI-driven pricing and selection, intelligent automation across returns and recovery — so AI fluency is central to the role, even as the mandate spans the full breadth of the org's most critical programs.

We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the most critical and complex programs across the portfolio, with a primary focus on Amazon Business (SSR and CPS) and targeted support for the largest, highest-complexity programs in Private Brands and ReCommerce. This is a senior, cross-cutting role spanning three separate businesses: you will drive alignment across engineering, product, and business leaders. Many of these programs are customer-facing AI products; others are platform, pricing, expansion, supply-chain, or compliance programs — you will own the hardest ones regardless of type.

You will inherit a portfolio of the org's marquee initiatives. Success looks like complex programs delivered on time across team boundaries, dependencies sequenced before they become blockers, and leadership given a single, trusted view of program health.

Key job responsibilities
Own the largest and most complex programs in Amazon Business (SSR and CPS) — the primary focus of the role — driving them end-to-end from definition through launch across engineering, product, pricing, GTMO/sales, and operations. These span customer-facing AI products as well as platform, pricing, expansion, and compliance programs.

Lead delivery of customer-facing AI experiences where they are on the critical path — turning fast-moving AI capabilities into shipped products with clear customer value — while applying the same rigor to the org's other complex, high-stakes programs.

Provide targeted program leadership to Private Brands and ReCommerce — two separate businesses — for their largest and most complex initiatives only, prioritizing where cross-org complexity and business impact are highest.

Drive cross-business and cross-org dependency management — identify, sequence, and unblock the dependencies (tech, data, model/evaluation readiness, tax/accounting, supply chain, WW partner teams) that cause complex programs to slip.

Establish and run program governance — mechanisms, status reporting, and leadership reviews that give each business a single view of health, risk, and critical path.

Be an AI-forward operator. Use GenAI and internal AI tooling extensively to accelerate planning, synthesize status, model dependencies, and compress work that traditionally took days into hours — and help raise the bar on how the broader team adopts AI in program management.

Partner with SDMs and business leaders across all three businesses to convert strategy (OP1/OP2, 3YF/LRF) into sequenced, resourced, executable plans, and mentor other PMs/TPMs on execution rigor.

A day in the life
You start with AI as your co-pilot — synthesizing overnight status across your programs and flagging the two dependencies now on the critical path. Mid-morning, you run a program review with an SSR and a CPS engineering team building a customer-facing agentic assistant, locking sequencing on the evaluation and guardrail work that gates launch. Switching context to a separate business, you align a Private Brands pricing-program lead and a WW partner team on a stalled funding-and-timeline decision — a program that has nothing to do with AI but everything to do with cross-org complexity. In the afternoon you prep the portfolio health view for your leadership review, escalating one complex ReCommerce program at risk with options and a recommendation. You close by shaping the plan for a newly greenlit, high-complexity Amazon Business initiative — defining scope, dependencies, and critical path before it kicks off.
