Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end material supply management, including supply planning, execution alignment, and delivery performance
Drive supplier commitment and ensure supply readiness aligned with demand and build plan
Own supply KPI performance (OTS, backlog, past due) and drive continuous improvement
Identify supply risks proactively and lead mitigation actions with scenario planning
Lead escalation management and define expedite / reschedule strategy for critical supply
Ensure PO coverage and supply readiness against L/T forecast
Own inventory strategy (including VMI) to balance supply risk, backlog, and working capital
Drive supplier performance improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning / Sourcing / Fulfillment / Logistics / Quality) to ensure alignment with production requirements
Monitor and manage material supply execution, including shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and import/export compliance
Maintain data accuracy in supply transactions and system records
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to assess supply risks and drive effective mitigation actions
Strong data accuracy and data sensitivity, with high attention to detail and ability to generate insights for data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and material transactions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics processes is a plus.
Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Fluent in English is a must
