Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply operations for ODM products throughout the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL, ensuring material availability, supply continuity, and customer service commitments.
  • Support demand and supply alignment through weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning activities. Monitor supply readiness, capacity constraints, inventory exposure, and demand fluctuations to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with ODM suppliers and key component suppliers to track supply commitments, capacity readiness, shortage recovery plans, and delivery performance.
  • Execute EC/EOL activities, material transitions, and component lifecycle management to minimize supply disruption, MWD, and excess inventory risks.
  • Support NPI programs by partnering with Product Supply Management, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and ODM suppliers to ensure supply readiness for key milestones.
  • Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning through demand analysis, supplier capability reviews, and capacity monitoring.
  • Utilize digital tools to improve supply chain visibility, demand validation, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation workflows to support daily supply chain operations and data-driven decision making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects that enhance supply chain processes and operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, supplier management, or related functions.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Demand & Supply Planning
    • Supplier Management
    • Inventory Management
    • NPI Process
    • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Supply Risk Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational issues in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools, including:
    • Excel
    • Power BI
    • Python
    • Power Automate / RPA/UiPath
    • SQL
    • AI Copilot / GenAI Applications
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, process automation, or operational data solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and applying AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies to improve business outcomes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
