A Program Manager in Central RME will drive strategic initiatives that optimize operational capacity, enhance network performance, and deliver measurable improvements. Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions collaboratively with RME, Non-RME, and Ops stakeholders.
- Partner with RME, Non-RME, and Ops stakeholders to lead root cause analysis, eliminate operational barriers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
- Own and optimize capacity models including architecture, methodology, and output validation to maximize capacity utilization.
- Leverage advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain program artifacts including business requirement documents, initiative plans, and white papers.
- Develop and implement standard work practices that improve key business metrics and translate lessons into standards across the network.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership; influence decision-making through clear narratives and data-backed recommendations.
- Remove operational barriers through hands-on problem-solving to deliver immediate results.
- As a Program Manager, drive a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
