Come build the enterprise adoption engine for CAM, Amazon's AI platform that turns billions of customer signals into the operating intelligence behind some of the company's largest business decisions. You'll own relationships with VP-org-level partners across Amazon - growing them from first production launch into durable, multi-signal partnerships that shape how Amazon listens to its customers at scale.

CAM (Customer Anecdote Miner) is eCF's AI-powered platform that transforms every customer signal — returns, reviews, contacts, seller feedback, internal tickets — into structured, actionable intelligence for teams across the company. CAM currently serves 30+ programs and is scaling rapidly, with self-serve surfaces generating demand across dozens of organizations. CAM's mission is to make customer obsession an operating habit — turning scattered anecdotes into systematic, evidence-backed decisions at the speed Amazon operates.

Lead deep, strategic partnerships that expand CAM's footprint within Amazon's largest and most complex organizations. As the Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Growth, you'll own the post-launch relationship with CAM's Tier-1 partners — driving expansion into new leaders, new signals, and new use cases within organizations that have already adopted CAM in production. You are the depth engine: where the acquisition team drives new customers, you grow them into durable, multi-signal relationships that generate the executive sponsorship and reference stories that make future adoption easier.

This is a high-judgment role that requires balancing relationship depth with measurable business outcomes. You will interface regularly with Directors and VPs, representing both CAM's value and your partners' needs in product planning conversations.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own the strategic partner portfolio. Manage end-to-end relationships with CAM's Tier-1 accounts as they mature past production launch.

2. Drive account expansion. Identify and execute expansion opportunities within each strategic account — new leaders within the same VP/SVP organization, additional signal sources, new use cases and defect domains that CAM can serve. Move key partners from a single production use-case to a multi-signal, multi-leader relationship.

3. Build executive sponsorship. Develop VP-level relationships within partner organizations.

4. Run structured account governance. Establish and own QBRs, health checks, and roadmap alignment sessions with partner leadership. Surface partner needs and translate them into requirements that influence CAM's product roadmap.

5. Represent strategic customers inside CAM. Bring the voice of your accounts into CAM product planning (sprint prioritization, feature roadmap, science investments). Ensure the platform evolves in ways that serve the partners who've bet on it.

6. Create reference stories and proof points. Document impact narratives, $ attribution, and executive quotes that the New Business team uses to drive the next cohort of adoptions.
