You'll be the strategic architect behind Amazon's fleet safety technology, crafting product roadmaps that directly impact thousands of delivery associates and millions of customers. Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for fleet safety products
  • Synthesize requirements from multiple operational teams and communicate priorities with engineering partners
  • Define, measure, and enforce critical product metrics including data quality and user satisfaction
  • Manage business reviews with engineering, operations, and executive leadership
  • Create practical solutions that simplify fleet management workflows across global operations

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and collaborative problem-solving. You'll translate complex operational needs into streamlined technological solutions, working closely with engineering and fleet management teams to develop transformative product capabilities.

About the team
We are a passionate Product Management team within Amazon Last Mile Transportation, dedicated to building scalable technology solutions. Our collaborative environment values technical excellence, customer-focused innovation, and rapid problem-solving. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
